Magazine quality images are what people are used to seeing when shopping, so an image from a cell phone or compact camera just doesn't quite do the job even though it is quick and easy for the agent or seller to do. 

As a photographer my first love has always been architecture. Buildings are so important to us as we buy, rent and lease a place to live and work in commercial buildings from small to large complexes. They are all different and offer different comforts and conveniences.  My job is to highlight those features and present them in the best light.
